I consider myself to be very fortunate to be able to help people plan their magical Disney vacation experiences. Throughout the planning process, it is such a privilege having the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people that I would not have otherwise gotten to meet if

Cindy helped us plan and prepare our travel plans from departure to arrival. Her experience has allowed her to give a lot of great tips that will enhance your trip and allow you to experience things you may have not otherwise known about. We trust Cindy for all of our future travel plans! Thanks for going above and beyond to help us :)
Shayla C...Charleston, SCWithout Cindy, my Disney vacations would not have been the same. I’m one of those people who loves to plan, but simply doesn’t have the time. Cindy planned every wonderful detail of my vacation, put up with me when I didn’t answer her questions, and just made it perfect despite my efforts to put everything off until the last moment. She even got us a last minute reservation to the Star Wars Lounge which was a surprise for my husband who is a huge Star Wars geek. It was our anniversary trip, so I didn’t even have to buy him a gift. I just forwarded Cindy’s Star Wars email and said “Happy Anniversary.” Okay, I did get him a gift, but Cindy’s was better. You can’t go wrong when you put your Disney visit in her hands.
People like you make people like me better. :) Marlo G....Denver, COFirst of all, we loved Art of Animation! It made the trip magical from the start! Thekids were in awe walking in and then loved seeing all of the fun things on the way to the room. The room sizw was perfect for us! Having a separate room for the kids was great. We all slept really well. The whole resort was so clean, and I felt like the kids could enjoy everything without my worrying about them breaking something. They also loved the pool! The food court was a bit chaotic, but it was nice to have it there...and we did end up using the mugs a good bit.
Having the dining plan was amazing. It made things so easy and stress free. There was always plenty of food, and we even ended up having extra snacks at the end of the trip that we used at Goofy's Candy Co. to buy souvenirs and snacks for the ride home. The character meals were a hit! We were so impressed with the quality (and quantity) of the food at all of the restaurants. Nathen and Adeline's favorite character meal was the Princess breakfast at Akershus. Nathen loved the food and how much the princesses interacted with the kids. Adeline had been scared of all of the big characters, but loved the princesses! It was so cute to see her with them. Reiland loved it too, especially when they would call him their handsome knight! Reiland and I like the Disney Jr. breakfast the best. I loved the fun music and how interactive the meal was with dancing, etc. The food was yummy, and the characters were fun. Jake acted silly with Reiland, and he loved it. We all also loved the Whispering Canyon Cafe! Thank you so much for recommending it. Reiland laughed throughout the while meal with all of the funny things the servers did. He also yelled for "ketchup" for the rest of the trip! Hahaha It was really hard to pick a favorite though...we really loved all of our meals! Your itinerary suggestions were great! We really feel like we were able to get so much packed into this trip. Some surprise favorites were Enchanted Tales with Belle and The Festival of the Lion King. The kids loved participating in both. The special effects with the Enchanted Tales were so fun, and the Lion King show was amazing! Our family grew up doing theater and we love Broadway shows...so this was perfect! My kids also loved the Main St. Electrical Parade at Magic Kingdom. We let them take late naps one afternoon and then headed to Magic Kingdom for a late evening. The worked perfectly for them to get to see the parade wiht less of a crowd, ride Peter Pan's Flight with a shorter wait and we even got to experience the closing of the park. They loved hearing Mickey! We also really enjoyed having the Photo Pass package. We got some great pictures and didn't feel strapped to a camera the whole time. We can't wait to go back! We would love for you to keep us updated about specials or good times to travel. Again, thank you so much! You really made our first family trip to Disney an amazing experience. We couldn't have a Disney vacation without Cindy! Her tips, advice and help made our stay so much better. I would highly recommend her to anyone planning a trip to Disney.
Tanya G...Charleston, SCWe really appreciated all of Cindy's help in planning our Spring Break trip to Disney! It was the first time our boys (13 and 10) would be experiencing Disney, and we hadn't been there in 20 years. There is so much information out there about planning a Disney trip that it was overwhelming! We were so grateful to have Cindy plan everything out for us once we talked about our budget and what we had in mind. It allowed us to focus more on having fun and making sure the boys got to do what they wanted! She also was able to answer quick texts when we had a quick question while we were at a park, for example. We will definitely work with Cindy again the next time we go!! Thank you!!
Kerry G...Charleston, SCCindy helped us book our daughters first trip to Disney for her 4th birthday. We had a wonderful experience! Cindy was extremely helpful in making reservations for meals, helping plan our days at the parks, and finding the right resort for us to stay. She kept us informed every step of the way before and after we arrived at Disney. Cindy even worked hard making sure we got the best deal for our trip. I would recommend all my friends and family to use Ears of Experience to help plan a trip to Disney. We had a very magical time, and cannot thank her enough for all of her help in making this trip so special for us all!

For anyone who is considering using Cindy as your travel agent for Disney, I greatly encourage you to do so. I have never used a travel agent before but was overwhelmed at the various things at Disney. Since this was our girls first ever Disney experience, I contacted Cindy and she was immediately on the trail of deals and steals at Disney. She made our vacation extra amazing by being so on top of everything. This was an amazing experience and I encourage you to utilize her special service. She is above and beyond anything we could have dreamed and made our vacation one of the best. Her personal service is spot on. She covered every thing we could think of, no pressure to do this or that, but just offered her knowledge. She is an amazing lady to do business with.

Tessa and I loved Typhoon Lagoon. I think that has more to do with size and landscaping. The crowds gets spread out more across the park. There seems to be more shade available. Personally, I love the wave pool and crush and gusher. That being said we also enjoyed Blizzard Beach. The slides/rides might be more fun. Tessa like the slides more. There is less carrying of tubes and mats because of design. However, It just seems more crowded even if crowds are smaller due to size perhaps. Maddie thought Blizzard Beach had more to do for the kids. She liked the kids zone and the family tube slide. We killed it during Animal Kingdoms new evening hours. Expedition Everest was walk-on. We rode it as fast as we could get from the exit to the entrance. Tessa probably rode it 6 or 7 times. I went bout five and Maddie even rode it twice. The low crowd might have had something to do with the new show going on. We thought bout checking it out but Maddie was done. The Sunset Safari is a fast pass must. Stand by is extremely slow. They were only using one loading station that night. Im not sure if that is a regular issue. The animals are hit and miss. However, we got a great view of the lions playing. It did help that it was basically a full moon. The male and female were wrestling. That is not something you will see during the day. "Street Entertainment" was lively and entertaining. Saw only a little of the tree of life show. What I did see was neat. I think Animal Kingdom has basically become a full day park. Mainly, because many things still close after dark. This park is perfect for a split visit, esp for someone staying at the AK Lodge. Go early am for the animals. Then visit late afternoon for the rides and other shows. We appreciated the travel plan and the package you put together for us. Most of all what you did for the girls will go a long way to separating your service from the others. I'm not sure if you do that for everyone but regardless it was thoughtful and a difference maker. Restaurant suggestions were spot on. We even went back to the Boathouse on the way out. One thing for future reference, they put us in room 4140. We saw many animals. It was quiet. That being said it basically sits next to the Lodge & Villages maintenance building(laundry, trash and housekeeping). If the savannah was at 12 o'clock, that building was about 9 o'clock. While it did not impact our stay or sense of enjoyment, it may others. It could be busy and noisy in the am. Whitworth Family...Charleston, SC |
