Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa at Walt Disney World® Resort is currently hosting a little extra magic at their resort.
Guests visiting Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa are invited to the outdoor patio area for curious food & beverage offerings during the wonderful and whimsical showing of "Wishes" nighttime fireworks spectacular in Magic Kingdom. This "Wishes" viewing event also turns into a little bit of a dance party with tunes and Cast Member-led dancing. The decor is one of the best parts of the party as the patio furniture was shipped to Walt Disney World® Resort directly from the “Mad T Party” out at Disney’s California Adventure.
There is no charge for guests wishing to attend the event but drinks and desserts are an additional cost. The event is open to anyone visiting the resort, you do not have to be a resort guest to attend.
The “Gone Mad Party” is hosted every Wednesday from 8:30 until 10:30 p.m. on the outdoor patio near the Gasparilla Island Grill. You don’t have to make reservations to attend. Seating is on a first come, first served service.
As of now Disney could not give a specific end date to the event and recommends guests interested in attending to call the resort on the Wednesday they wish to attend to check if the party will be available.
